The stated mileage of ebikes by most companies is widely exaggerated as the tests are conducted under perfect laboratory conditions. These tests are run on the basis of power assist being set at the lowest level meaning almost maximum input from the rider. Our physical tests are conducted on actual road and cycle path conditions with the rider weight of 15 Stone ( 95kg ) roughly splitting the effort 50/50 between rider and power assist. Your average distance for 11.6ah ( standard retailers battery ) is about 20-25miles maximum.
